IGNOU Writer specialises in producing handwritten assignments for students enrolled in the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Our services include:

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• Payment must be made in full before we dispatch or email your assignment. We use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions; we are not liable for errors or security issues arising from those services.
• In addition to our pricing, you are responsible for any taxes, customs duties or additional fees arising from your location.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Hard-copy assignments are delivered via courier partners (e.g., Bluedart or India Post) and are subject to shipping timelines. Digital assignments are delivered via email or file transfer. We are not responsible for courier delays, loss or damage once a package is handed to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the courier.

6. Refunds, Rewrites and Cancellations

We offer a money-back or rewrite guarantee if an assignment is rejected by IGNOU due to our content or handwriting. To request a refund or rewrite, you must provide proof of rejection (e.g., evaluation slip) within seven days of receiving your marks. We do not offer refunds for:

• Delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.
• Incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong course code or session).
• Changes to assignment questions after we have completed your order.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds or rewrites on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property
