When You’re Eligible for a Refund

We offer refunds in limited circumstances that mirror industry practices for writing services. You may receive a full or partial refund when:

  • Order cancelled before a writer is assigned: If you cancel your order before we start preparing your assignment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Failure to deliver: Should we be unable to complete or dispatch your assignment by the promised delivery date and the delay is solely our fault, you may request a full refund.
  • Assignment rejected due to our mistake: If IGNOU rejects your assignment because of our content, formatting or handwriting—even after you followed all submission guidelines—we will either rewrite the assignment free of charge or refund the full amount. Proof of rejection (e.g., evaluation slip or grade report) must be provided.

When Partial Refunds or Compensation Apply

Some situations justify a partial refund or compensation instead of a full refund. These include:

  • Late delivery: If we deliver your assignment later than the agreed deadline due to our fault, we will compensate you with a percentage of the order value. Delays caused by courier services, power cuts, weather, user inaction or incorrect information are excluded.
  • Partial completion or minor quality issues: If the assignment contains minor errors that do not justify a full rewrite, we may offer a partial refund after reviewing the case.
  • Extraordinary circumstances: Refunds after your assignment has been dispatched are generally not available; however, we may consider partial refunds for unforeseen events (e.g., cancellation of an entire exam session) at our discretion.

Free Rewrite Guarantee

We want your assignments to look and feel like your own work. If you are unsatisfied because our handwriting does not match your sample, or if the content does not address the questions as specified, we will rewrite the assignment free of charge. This guarantee applies when:

  • You notify us within seven days of receiving your marks or assignment file.
  • You provide evidence of the issue, such as screenshots of evaluator feedback or a grade card showing deductions due to our content.

We will review the evidence and deliver the rewritten assignment within the new deadline you set (subject to reasonable time for handwriting and dispatch). Only one free rewrite per subject is provided.

Exclusions

Our refund and rewrite guarantee does not cover the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete instructions (e.g., wrong programme code, course code, session or handwriting sample).
  • Requests to change the subject, question set or instructions after work has begun.
  • Delays beyond our control, such as courier delays, postal strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or power outages.
  • Plagiarism claims without proof. A plagiarism claim must include a report.
  • Personal reasons, including deciding not to submit the assignment or deadline extensions granted by your university.

How to Request a Refund or Rewrite

  1. Contact us within seven days of receiving your assignment or grade. Include your order number, subject, and clear description of the issue.
  2. Provide supporting documents, such as evaluation slips, grade cards, assignment feedback, or evidence of late delivery.

  4. We aim to resolve refund or rewrite requests within 3–5 business days. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven days.
